Grace and peace to you from God our Father!
As we embark on a new week and nearly a new month, let's turn our focus to the significance of Spring. This season marks the emergence of new buds on trees, fresh flowers blooming in our gardens, and seasonal plants coming to life after the dormancy of winter.
This concept also relates to our journey and relationship with God. There are moments and situations in our lives that might have caused our service, our talents, and most importantly, our worship to fall silent due to the chill and cold of winter. Not just the literal winter, but the figurative winters in life—those challenges that have stifled our praises to God for who He is and what He has done for us.
As we enter a new season, it's time to "stir up the gifts" that the Lord has given us. We should remember that just as God's mercies are renewed every morning (Lamentations 3), so too should be our devotion, our praise, our worship, and our service to Him and others. Every day presents an opportunity to renew our commitment to God and our service to others.
I challenge you to make the most of the new opportunities we have to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God!
What will you do with the renewed opportunities God has provided you?
